If Linksvert's claim callback ever fails to reach us, you can correct a winner's status manually here.

Suspend hides an ad from display but keeps the slot reserved (no automatic refund). Delete removes it permanently and frees the slot.

Emails go out through your hosting mailbox. Set it up once, send yourself a test, and then you can ask new members to verify their email before they sign in.

The monthly Group A vs Group B contest, voting, buying votes, Predict, Face of the Month, and the check-in free-vote bonus all switch together, since none of them mean anything without the contest running. Useful for a staged launch: ship with it off, let members get comfortable with everything else, then switch it on when you are ready to announce it.

Members buy airtime and data from their wallet, sponsored by linksvert.com. Members of the group that won last month's vote get winner prices for the following month. They see "Winner price", never a discount.

Set what each ticket costs and how many can be sold for each hangout. Booking ahead earns members the discount below: a hangout in the current month is the normal price, a hangout in a later month is reduced. A change applies to new purchases straight away; tickets already bought keep the price paid.

A paid booking is final and confirmed straight away: members have already paid from their wallet to secure the spot, so there is nothing to approve. The soonest service dates are listed first. Use Call or WhatsApp to arrange the details, send a short message they can see, and mark it Completed when it is done. There is no cancel or refund.

Turn a service on or off, set its description and how many days ahead it must be booked, and manage its priced options. A service can't be booked until it has at least one active, priced option.

Are real users voting once and vanishing, or coming back? Each row is everyone who signed up that month, the % shows how many were still voting or buying tickets N months later.

🔒 Passwords are one-way encrypted and can never be viewed or recovered, including by you. This generates the same time-limited reset link a user gets from "Forgot Password," which you can share with them directly. They still choose their own new password.

Remove anything inappropriate. This is user-generated content.

Give a simulated community member a real-looking photo instead of just initials.

Uploaded photos get emailed to everyone the day after that hangout, and show in the app's Hangout Recap gallery. Attendees who checked in can also submit their own, those need your ✓ approval first (outlined photos below are pending).

Payments members started that Paystack has not confirmed yet. Most confirm on their own within minutes. Press Re-check to ask Paystack again: anything that was really paid is added to the member's wallet, once.

Rewards for inviting friends. Tune these as the program's real economics become clear.

The prize goes to the winning group's Face of the Month and is presented at the hangout. Mark it paid once it's handed over. If that group has no qualified Face (nobody applied, or nobody got enough votes from their group), every real celebrant in the winning group becomes eligible instead: door check-in ticks "Here" automatically (or tick it by hand), and the pool is split among those who attend. The Linksvert data reward is separate and unchanged.

A small entry fee gives people real stake in their guess. Paid automatically to anyone whose guess called the winning group correctly.

🔒 Admin-only detail. Never shown to users: when only one celebrant posts a status that day, the app quietly adds a small "encouragement" view boost (a random number in the range below) so their count doesn't sit at zero. It's blended invisibly into the view count everyone sees, and only counts toward the solo-day qualification threshold. Never toward a genuine multi-celebrant contest.

One selection window, in the month before: celebrants born in a month apply (fee from their wallet, limited spots per group) and that group votes as soon as there is a contest, at the same time, with no separate deadlines. It opens on the day you set below, closes at the end of that month, and the winner takes effect on the 1st. One applicant simply becomes the Face; with more, the winner needs at least the minimum votes below from their own group (their own vote counts). If nobody qualifies, that group has no Face that month. There is no placeholder. You can pick between qualified applicants, or remove an application (fee refunded), at any time.

Recent Birthday Status posts, remove anything inappropriate.

Separate from the self-serve ad slot system, for one-off deals like a company sponsoring a whole event.

Runs automatically once daily via cron. Sends: "voting closes tomorrow" (to anyone who hasn't voted), hangout reminders (day before + morning of), a weekly Monday digest, birthday wishes on someone's actual birthday, and a feedback-seeking note to anyone inactive 30+ days. Use this button to test without waiting for the cron schedule.

The PIN whoever works the door enters on door-checkin.php the night of the event.

3 total slots/day: flyer slots (text/image + link) and video slots (uploaded video + link). Bookings are a minimum number of consecutive days. No single-day purchases. Goes live immediately on payment.

🔒 Only you can see and control this. While active, everyone except logged-in admins sees a countdown page instead of the app.

Every sensitive action any admin takes is recorded here, who, what, and when, so responsibility is never ambiguous if something goes wrong.

🔒 Only you (the main admin) can see this section. You decide exactly what each admin can access below, for example, an admin doesn't need to know which votes are real vs. simulated unless you turn that on for them.
